I've had the honor of training many successful athletes from a young age to their pro status. I am extremely proud of all of them and wish them continued success in their careers. The videos below are of
me training some of these youth. I believe the videos speak
volumes on my training ability.

Lewis has been ranked as high as 1100 in singles and 871 in doubles by the ITF. On the Junior Circuit, she has achieved a career high ranking of world number 59.
Lewis comes from a tennis-playing family. Her uncle is 1983 Wimbledon Championships finalist Chris Lewis, while her father and other uncle competed for New Zealand's Davis Cup team. Her older sister Carolina plays tennis for West Virginia University.
In December 2016, Lewis was awarded a wildcard for the 2017 ASB Classic. In the first round she played former world number 1 Venus Williams, losing 6-7 2-6.

Would like to take a moment to congratulate one of my young elite athletes "Jade Lewis" a tennis player out of Newzealand. I started working with Jade when she 11 years old, after just a few training sessions I could already tell that she was going to be an outstanding athlete. Our focus was to develop a top notch tennis player by focusing on all much needed areas of fitness such as speed, quickness, agility, reaction, mental toughness, endurance, flexibility, recovery, power, and an aggressive presence on the court. Looks like all of the countless hours of hard work, traveling around the world to compete against some of the best in other countries and sacrifices made along the way paid off in a big! Besides all of her accolades and accomplishments that I listed below the one thing that I'm most proud of is that Jade has received a full ride scholarship to LSU for tennis.
I'm sure she will one day make her mark on the pro circuit some day in the near future. "Jade Lewis wins the U.S. Open" has a nice ring to it! Congrats Jade, job well done!
Sarasota’s Jonah Braswell claimed a Silver Ball in singles at the USTA Boys’ 14s National Clay Court Championships in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
"Duking it out like the big boys" was the news headline on December 4, 2016. Jonah shocked the nation with his overall performance in the 2016 Eddie Herr International Junior Tennis Tournament on Saturday Dec 3, at IMG Academy in Bradenton FL.

Twelve years old? Really?
Jonah Braswell of Sarasota and Victor Lilov of Raleigh, North Carolina looked skilled in season and beyond their years Saturday on the Hardcourts at IMG Academy, was the opening paragraph in the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. What an amazing performance that was put on by both athletes! The end result speak for itself, Jonah Braswell defeated Victor Lilov 6-4, 6-4 see more at heraldtribune.com.
Jonah Braswell is yet another one of Pro Builder Fitness young protégés. PBF Trainer Andre Hudson has been working one on one (as well as in group trainings) with this young (very humble) tennis phenom for the past few years at Laurel Oak Tennis Academy in Sarasota FL. Coached by his father (Tennis Pro) Coach Ty Braswell who played at FSU during his college years, Jonah has been consistently climbing the ranks, knocking off the top seed in just about all of the past 6 or 7 major tournaments he's entered. That's amazing!
What a journey it has been for this young man. From Northeast little league to St Pete Catholic High School to IMG Academy (Bradenton FL) to the University of Notre Dame. It's amazing to see these young athletes advance and mature over the years as they develop into these adult size bodies at such a young age. What's even more impressive is that TJ's attending Notre Dame on a dual scholarship for Baseball and Football. We all know that's not easily achieved but God saw fit to bless TJ with the gifts and talents that he possesses. He's poured out His amazing grace upon this young man. TJ's very grateful for the blessing and remains humble as he prepares for this upcoming 2017 season.

The biggest achievement that my athletes walk away with is accountability. Teaching them how to take full responsibility for their current level of performance is the only way these young athletes (male/female) are going to continue to show up for the workouts even if no one else does. This is how we build community leaders, this helps them develop good character. My mission from the start with "LUC" (Lives Under Construction, my not for profit organization) was to lead by example, and believe me "my life is under construction every day," as you can see there's meaning in that name.
"Train or remain the same!"

Gabby has been linked up for the past 3 years with PBF's head trainer Andre Hudson who also works with a number of other upcoming division 1 prospects at Laurel Oak Tennis Academy in Sarasota FL. There's no doubt about it says Coach Andre, "Gabby will be well prepared and ready to hit the courts running when she arrives to FSU come January 2017.

My Personal Testimony
Before I met Pro Builder Fitness Head Trainer Andre Hudson I thought I was in decent shape, but working with Mr. Andre proved other wise. There hasn't been a day where I've trained with Mr. Andre that he doesn't make me work to where I'm dripping sweat, having to take a 10 minute break before I can go home.
As a college rugby player I need to be in great shape year round. No matter what he comes up with the workout plan is always extremely intense. Since working out with Mr. Andre I've exceled on the field more than I ever did before.
